Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in an efficient manner

- Outbound sales when required
- Engage with customers and client of the company
- Assist in managing any issues or problems
Key Requirements
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Efficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- SAP is not essential but will be highly regarded
- Proven experience dealing with Key Accounts
