As Customer Support, you’ll effectively manage escalated customer concerns and see them through to resolution. Never overlooking the chance to build new partnerships, you draw on built relationships to help you achieve the best outcome for customers.

Your drive to achieve results sets you apart from the rest. You always follow through on commitments and on others in order to deliver our promise of providing an exceptional customer service, persevering despite setbacks and chasing down solutions for the customer.

You are meticulous and pride yourself with your attention to detail. You leverage your time management skills which easily helps you figure out the most effective and efficient way of getting things done.

Providing support to the stores and Concierge Contact Centre, you aim to resolve escalated cases in a timely manner whilst utilising your understanding of the Australian Consumer Law in the retail environment. You can objectively handle any case that lands on your desk and know how to diffuse tricky situations, regardless of whether you’re speaking with customers or suppliers.

You’ll be challenged every day in this fast-paced environment, and will feel a sense of accomplishment in knowing you are making a difference for our customers.
