Full Description

This is a Full Time Sales Support position based in St Leonard’s central district. You will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team with your problem solving and administrative skills. You will also be liaising with the customers to make sure everything is in place and followed up accordingly. I am looking for someone who is able to multi-task, prioritize and manage their time effectively.

I am looking for someone with previous experience in Sales Support, Customer service with an aftersales function, or someone who has come from more of an operational/coordination background who is looking to be part of a continually expanding brand and collaborative team.

In this role you will be:

  • Supporting the Sales Team
  • Providing and tailoring quotes
  • Managing customer expectations and offering the highest level of Customer Service
  • Processing work orders and service orders
  • Following up with customers and coordinating invoices

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous Sales Support experience
  • Confidence speaking with customers
  • Problem solving/solutions abilities
  • Organisational skills
  • SAP desirable - Not essential
