Inbound Call Centre Representative - Part Time
The Company
An excellent opportunity to work with a leading Utilities company with offices Australia wide.
Our client are looking for multiple experienced Customer Service Representatives for initially a 6 - 9 month temp assignment to work in their busy call centre.
The working hours would be between Monday to Friday shifts (7am-11am, 10am-2pm and 3pm-7pm). You would work between 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.
They are based around the CBD area.
Hourly rate: $26.00 + Super
The Role / Duties
- Responsible for all interactions with customer
- Answering account queries and general service calls
- Solving problems and answering any complaints and escalating if necessary
- Customer retentions
- Meeting KPI’s
Ideal Skills & Experience
Someone who can comfortably address and demonstrate the following key abilities:
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in a call centre or inbound customer service role
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience with customer retentions
- Experience with order taking and complaint resolution
