The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Specialist within our close-knit, supportive and collaborative Sydney team. The team are responsible for handling all queries (phone, email or social media) from property managers and owners. Each day is different with a diverse of queries coming through and therefore you are always kept on your toes and challenged by complex issues which involve creative thinking, basic troubleshooting and problem solving.

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in a customer service corporate role is not essential - we are interested in hearing from you if you are passionate about delivering world class customer service and have strong communication skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Questioning and listening skills that support effective communication
  • Ability to build positive rapport,communicate effectively and control calls
  • Ability to adapt quickly to product and procedure changes
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
  • Be reliable and have a dedicated, committed work ethic
