Our client based in Melbourne CBD is seeking experienced Customer Service staff to join their team on an temporary basis.

  • Experience within the Electricity or Energy Market
  • Experience working with various systems. SAP and Salesforce would be great and shortlist will be made accordingly
  • Knowledge of connections and energisation process and policies or a willingness to learn about them
  • An understanding of market rules and regulations or a willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated experience of advanced customer service delivery in high volume time critical environment

Description

Some Key responsibilities

  • To ensure all activities associated with Customer Requests including, but not limited to, document creation, pre-offer tasks (eg inital assessment) and coordination of monito projects, occur in a timely manner
  • Engage with Customer Requests Leads and Performance lead to identify areas for process improvement and support implementation.
  • Provide advice to customers, their representatives and statutory authorities
  • Manage transiton of jobs and requests to Connections and PNS teams in accordance with the process
  • Undertand Customers requirements and progress the project via the appropriate path as determined by completion of the intial assessment
  • Produce budget estimates (where not provided by the online solution) & offers
  • Estimation of project costs

Profile

Education/Qualifications

  • At least VCE / Year 12
  • Customer Service Certificate
