The Role
Your role as a Customer Value Specialist is to connect our customers with new and better products and services to meet their needs. Our customers have worked hard for their lifestyle and we want to help them protect their today and tomorrow, and it makes us feel good to help them! You will enjoy delivering exceptional service, speaking to customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions
Hours:
- Start Window=9.30am-1130am- Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri (7.5 hours per day) = 30 hours per week.
- Start Window=7.30am-9.30am- Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri (5 hours per day) = 25 hrs hours per week.
- Start Window=830am-10.30am Mon, Tue, Fri & Sat (7.30am-9.30am start window)=(5 hours per day) = 20 hrs hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving a high volume of calls regarding multiple insurance products you will be:
- Delivering a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers
- Identifying the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements
- Achieve customer sales and service targets set for all customer segments
- Advocate customer propositions to create value for customers through products and services under multiple brands across banking, wealth, life, personal and commercial insurance
Skills & Experience
- Experience in delivering high quality customer solutions within required timeframes
- Experience in a sales role or knowledge of the sales process
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Computer literacy and navigation skills
