We are seeking a driven, energetic and customer centric individual to join our Customer Support Team. The successful service superstar, will be a part of a close, supportive team who are responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all incoming calls, chats and emails from clients and their customers and action in a timely and end to end manner.
  • Respond, investigate and resolve questions and issues from clients.
  • To maintain client data and ensure its integrity.
  • Determine possible refunds to clients/customers where applicable ‐ liaise with client/customer as necessary to coordinate.
  • Identify issues that are affecting client experience negatively and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.


About You

To be successful in this role you are someone with a passion for customer service, who  possesses the following skills and attributes:

  • Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.
  • Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communicator with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Experience in the payments industry is not necessary and all are encouraged to apply.
