About the opportunity

An opportunity to join a leading Customer Service team specialising in niche and interesting Medical products focusing specifically on the patient's needs. This team is a fast paced and hardworking team and the role offers an opportunity to display initiative, a passion for service excellence and to actively demonstrate the company's core values.
This role will be a 14 month contract.

Duties

  • Facilitate the correct and timely delivery and invoicing of product
  • This requires a high level of attention to detail and understanding of systems and business relationships and how to extract or enter appropriate information
  • Use of the (ERP) to enter customer orders, perform enquiries, and run basic reports
  • Maintains customer relationship and consignment management to provide service level data and assist in inventory control.
  • Problem solving and resolution
  • Take enquiries from customer via telephone, email and fax

Skills and Experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Two years Customer Service or Call Centre experience
  • Accurate and quick data processing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in a sometimes challenging and fast paced environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage a challenging workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit a high level quality service orientation. This includes the ability to explain complex matters in an appropriate, clear and concise manner.
  • Proven accuracy and precision and the ability to priorities tasks to meet strict deadlines.
