Your new role

  • Interact with mortgage and personal loan customers, striving towards quality, not quantity, and working as a team to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
  • Discuss home loan rates, interest only transition, re-finance options, handle off-set account queries, through to general enquiries and updating of personal details etc.
  • Create a market leading experience by building rapport and go over and above to resolve their query.
  • Add value by ensuring the customer is across the financial products and services that are available to them and that they can fully utilise the banks online services
  • Resolve customer situations in a professional and genuine way, and ensure administrative tasks relating to the requests are actioned in a timely fashion with high attention to detail


What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will require STRONG customer service experience, open to any industry, whether that’s hospitality, retail or contact centres, we are open to the experience you come with as this is an entry level role and full training is provide. Preferably you will have come from a fast paced environment where handling a variety of situations at any one time is a norm. You will require immaculate communication skills, keen eye for detail and energy and enthusiasm for progress further in to a national business on this scale.

What you'll get in return

  • $53,155 + Super and 10% bonus (plus any shift loadings)
  • 8am-11pm rotating roster on 7 days a week roster (38 hours total for the week). Shift loading provided on top of base of 20% shift loadings for the evening shifts).
  • 4 weeks full time training 9-5 on products, a mix of buddying and classroom training
  • Parramatta location close to public transport
