Pharmaceutical & Medical Professionals, a Healthcare Professionals Group business is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.
About the company
You will be joining an renowned Pharmaceutical company. An innovative and forwarded thinking approach to scientific developments. Located in West Ryde, you will be joining an established Customer Service team.
About the opportunity
In your new customer service role you will report directly to the customer service manager, working as part of a team of four customer service representatives. You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills. You will need to be compassionate and understanding when dealing with customer queries. You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Your daily duties would include:
- Data entry and processing orders
- Assist customers with product enquires and tracking orders
- Prepare credits and returns
- Maintaining relationships with customers, and communicating with logistics
- Daily Reporting
- Group inbox management
Skills and Experience
- SAP knowledge and experience
- At least two year in a Customer Service Representative role in the Pharmaceutical and Medical industry/ FMCG/ food industry
- Intermediate Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Problem solving - investigate problems
