Seeking driven and motivated Energy Sales professionals to join the sales team. Based in South Melbourne.
Your new company
Our client is a renowned electricity and gas comparison company. They are actively seeking energetic and experienced Sales Consultants to join their rapidly growing organisation, based just outside the CBD in South Melbourne.
Your new role
You will be handling inbound calls, providing quotes and comparisons between the market leaders, discussing discounts and a high level of customer service. You will also conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and maintain a positive relationship with customers. You will need to identify customer needs, whilst working towards individual KPIs and targets. You will receive structured training, including on-the-job training and double-jacking.
What you'll need to succeed
- A background of energy sales
- You will have demonstrated sales experience
- You will have face-to-face and/or contact centre sales experience
- Drive and motivation to exceed KPIs and targets
- Local and working holiday visa applicants are being considered for these roles
