Your new role
You will be in the contact centre department of a financial services company. The role will involve:
- Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers and having high quality conversations
- Dealing with all enquiries to do with their financial plans with the company
- Contribute to the success by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results.
- Meet the high standards of their customers and culture.
What you'll need to succeed
- Call centre experience, but the industry of your experience is flexible and doesn’t have to be finance.
- Excellent communication skills and you will need to be comfortable on the phone.
- You must be happy to work to KPIs and have a focussed and driven mindset.
- You must be able to start on the 4th April and commit to a 12 month temporary assignment

- Hours will be 8.30am - 7pm rotating roster, but you will only do the late shift every 3 to 4 weeks
