An opportunity presents for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our eBusiness Team to ensure a world class customer experience with Blackwoods by reviewing and resolving EDI order issues, including root cause analysis.

Reporting directly to the EDI Specialist Team Leader your key responsibilities include:

  • Handling all incoming EDI exceptions for Blackwoods by investigating the root cause and working with the respective stakeholders through to resolution on a timely and accurate manner
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure their full satisfaction by providing timely issue/exception resolution and quality service
  • Developing productive working relationships with internal and/or external customers to ensure rapport and trust is built
  • Planning ahead for upcoming problems or opportunities relevant to customers and recommend and drive appropriate action
  • Identifying, evaluating and recommending alternative service solutions
  • Providing support to all CSO/Sales team members to assist in maintaining Service Excellence standards
  • Seeking opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your work area and team

As our successful candidate you have an exceptional ability to build strong working relationships and engage internal/external stakeholders utilising your excellent communication skills. Outstanding problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly and work independently in a fast paced environment are essential in your success. A working knowledge of EDI systems and eBusiness applications along with tertiary qualifications in marketing, business and/or IT will be highly regarded.
