This world leader within their specific industry based within the Wetherill Park Area, is seeking driven individuals to join their passionate team within Scheduling Coordinator/Customer Care positions.

Centrally located close to all arterial roads the position is easily accessible, with secure parking onsite and large open plan office space. The Scheduling position is full time Monday – Friday 10am-6pm (Amazing hours to beat the traffic), the Customer Care position is 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday!

Given the fast paced nature of the business, experience within Transport and Logistics is highly advantageous, as is knowledge of Sydney Metro and Newcastle Areas. 

Your duties will be split between Scheduling and Customer Care which will include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Booking and allocating Drivers run sheets across Sydney Metro and Newcastle
  • Follow up of ETA’s
  • Updating internal systems
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with Drivers, Internal Staff as well as Customers
  • Processing and completing internal paperwork
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Supporting the Customer Care team with overflow calls on a daily basis
  • Ad hoc duties as required
In order for you to be successful for the position you must have the following:

  • Proven previous experience within a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Ability to start Immediately and work a full week 10am-6pm
  • Highly organised with impeccable time management
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Sydney and Newcastle area
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a close team environment 
  • Knowledge within the Transport and Logistics industry highly desired
  • Own vehicle and current NSW Drivers licence a must due to location
