The Company
Our client is a valued Government agency based in NSW and is well known for the productive work they provide to our community. They are searching for candidates who have the knack for providing strong customer service to start immediately in this exciting contract role until the end of July. This organization is based in Parramatta and successful candidates must be able to work between the hours of 7:30am to 6pm.
The Job
During this assignment your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for reviewing and responding to support queries from customers across relating to travel and expense processes
- Offering front line support and providing customer service through a contact centre environment
- Use of SAP, Excel and incident management systems (such as Remedy)
You
To be successful for this contract, you must have experience with the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Support role
- Solid experience using SAP is a must for this role
- Experience working in a call center environment is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
