In addition, we also supply uniforms, corporate gifts, conference products, novelty items, sportswear, tradeshow giveaways and confectionery. Situated in Kirrawee in the Sutherland Shire, we have a large and diverse customer base and we focus on building great client relationships focusing on quality with everything we do.

This is a newly created role which has boundless opportunities! In this role you will build and maintain great client relationships and achieve sales success. Please note sales will be over the phone with the opportunity to attend Tradeshows as a company representative.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead sales through inbound and outbound calls, process orders and perform other associated administrative duties
  • Proactive outreach to potential customers to drive new sales and business growth
  • Upselling customers on a diverse product range
  • Attendance of trade shows and responsibility of running the display booth
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable and timely service
  • Process/print orders via the NETO CRM System
  • Meeting KPI's to help drive business growth

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and build positive, professional relationships with customers
  • As this role will mainly be over the phone sales, the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable in selling and negotiating over the phone
  • Excellent selling, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Go getter, positive attitude – highly motivated, target driven and proactive with the mindset to develop and grow.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment 
  • Attention to detail, time management and problem-solving abilities
  • NETO Software (advantageous but not essential)
  • Working knowledge of programs including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Understanding of Social Media to drive sales, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
