Response Group Centre Agent

Response Group is one of Australia's leading Roadside Assistance/Mobile Service and Vehicle Hire providers in Australia. 

Located in Revesby, our Response Centre manages and converts consumer enquiry, provides fault diagnosis and manages all Response requests from start to finish as well as allocating work to our national network of provider partners; ensuring our customers receive a 'best in class' service experience.

Response Centre also manages local and interstate vehicle hire which has been operating successfully for many years. We carry a strong brand and are well known in the rental industry. 

We are offering a people focused individual the opportunity to join a team environment that understands what good customer service feels like. You will be responsible for  promoting our diverse range of Response products both on the phone and online. To ensure your success, you will be a confident communicator and be able to recognise the needs of our customers.

What are we looking for?

  • You must have proven experience in a sales & administration role - promoting, cross selling and closing the sale
  • Experience in a Vehicle Rental/Roadside Assistance, Insurance, or similar related industry (desirable)
  • You are committed to putting customers first and providing exceptional service
  • Able to build rapport and communicate well with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts across a 7am to 7pm, 7 day a week roster
  • You are a permanent resident or Australian citizen
