Randstad have an unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced Workforce Planning / Scheduler with strong knowledge of Genesys. Our client is a recognised leader in providing innovative business services to a number of high profile clients. This is an exciting period to make the role your own and oversee the workforce management of a new account.

To be successful in this position you'll need to demonstrate proven technical and leadership skills within a contact centre environment and have a passion for leading a team through change. You will be responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modelling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication.

Skills Required:

• Experience with WFM Genesys - knowledge of WFM processes (Capacity planning, Scheduling Forecasting etc)
• Experience with another WFM tool (IEX, eWFM/Aspect, Blue Pumpkin) may also be considered in Genesys absence
• Proven experience in performance management, career development, training, through to behavioural issues and misconduct
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
• Strong people leadership background
• Analytical but engaging
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Background in call centre and tertiary qualifications are highly regarded
