This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Customer Service Officer to join the team!
The Role
The Senior Customer Service Officer will be sitting alongside with a team of high performers to deliver Customer Service Excellence, and also be responsible but not limited to:
- Managing processes of orders
- Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording related information
- Managing database and document controlling
- Maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolving clients complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternative
- Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Working closely with Manager to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered
- Maintaining and following processes according to company's policies and procedures
- Adhoc tasks as assigned
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have worked in an corporate environment and will possess the following:
- Minimum of 2 years experience within Customer Service
- Experienced worked with ERP systems - preferred
- Completed a Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Eager to learn and willingness to self develop new skills
- Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Hardworking, Determined
- Great attention to detail is necessary
- Enjoy being part of a team and achieving great things
