As part of the Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety group, Blackwoods is Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. We believe in providing outstanding service to our customers through outstanding people and right now we're seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join our vibrant Canning Vale team.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Consultant Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer interactions end to end via phone and email
- Placing and processing orders
- Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure customer service levels are met
- Problem solving and complaint resolution
- Building great relationships with your customers
- Complying with company procedures and policies and attaining correct certification
- Navigating through computer systems to run reports and place and check orders
As the successful applicant you will be extremely customer centric coupled with all-rounder customer service or inside sales experience ideally using a DOS based system. You will be highly energetic and take pride in exceeding expectations to achieve customer satisfaction. You will be a proactive team member with a positive attitude and a highly motivated work ethic. You will also be well presented with excellent communication skills and the ability to pay strong attention to detail. You will apply your problem solving skills to ensure customer needs and satisfaction levels are met.
