The Opportunity

Pet Circle have on offer an exciting opportunity to help a fast growing e-commerce business develop it's outbound initiatives.

Reporting directly to our CX manager, This newly created role has been designed to test new initiatives created to improve customer retention, as well as identify and open up new revenue streams within the business. As a result, we need people with sales training- preferably in lead generation or account management- as the

Responsibilities

  • Performing outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on abandoned orders.
  • Use your knowledge on departmental policies, procedures and service standards to provide the best service possible to our new and existing customers.
  • Provide your input and experiment with new idea's around techniques to retain or grow our customer base.
  • Be familiar with company promotions to assist customers, answer questions and resolve problems
  • Attempt to resolve customer complaints/ requests in an efficient manner ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work as the primary point of contact, and build on existing relationships to provide a great experience and keep our customers coming back!
  • Pilot new concepts to help determine potential ROI- working as proof of concept to gain approval to create entirely new business units.

Requirements

  • At least a basic understanding of core Sales principals and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of excelling in a sales environment-
  • Friendly and relaxed phone demeanour- No cold calling, so all of your calls will be to existing customers.
  • Able to conform to KPI's and targets in a fully antonymous role- we want to train potential leaders.
  • Ability to proactively engage with key stakeholders within the business.
