What you will be doing…
  
Start your day with a coffee and some breakfast on our rooftop terrace before heading to work. You will be a crucial member of the customer service team and your duties will include answering phones, responding to emails, and dealing with any customer service enquiries while working within a close team to ensure daily tasks are reached each day.
  
What we are looking for…
  • 1 Year + Customer service experience in Software 
  • Ability to communicate successfully with clients and troubleshoot problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to assess and provide proactive advice or solutions
