We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a family run business within the food industry. Working in a friendly small team you will be truly part of the family.

The role will involve but is not limited:

• Processing orders in SAP
• Dealing with general customer queries
• Managing any delivery queries, updating on ETA's and informing customers about any delays
• Ensure all customer account information is kept up to date
• General office administration and support

What we are looking for?

• Good customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Previous experience within Warehouse Administration (desirable)
• Previous order processing experience
• The ability to multi-task and work in a busy team environment
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• A great work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
