They are looking for a customer service representative to be efficient and effective in the responsibility of processing to enable correct purchasing, invoicing and the delivery of their products to customers.
Duties and responsibilities
This role is suitable for someone who is looking for a potential role in a fast-paced customer service environment for a 12 month fixed term contract. The highest priority will be focusing on Customer Care and maintaining this company’s excellent customer reputation.
- Attention to timing in delivery and invoicing of products and ensuring processing of credit notes by accurate Data entry
- Processing orders
- High experience in dealing with Customer Service via Email/Chat/Phone
- Data Entry
- Tracking all orders
- Rising procurement enquiries
- Liaise with delivery teams on a daily basis
The perfect candidate
- Previous experience in SAP
- Experience in using ERP to record customer orders, perform enquiries and run reports
- Background within medical or medical science related degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner in systems and an understanding of database management
