A fantastic opportunity has become available for a telephone Service Booking Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will join a dynamic team whose number one focus is customer service. The Service Booking Coordinator supports all customer requirements in regard to their vehicle service bookings.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Utilising the internal CRM systems whilst maintaining the DMS (Era/EraNet) - experience advantageous
  • Contacting customers pre service through various communication points
  • Identifying the appropriate service needs - Express Servicing etc.
  • Ensuring Service retention
  • Outbound and Inbound calls to an existing database
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced call centre or customer service professional - automotive experience beneficial but not essential.

Required skills and attributes include:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a call centre environment where customer service is the focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent computer skills - knowledge of EraNet would be an advantage
  • Team player - motivated to ensure success
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Mature and calm demeanour with ability to problem solve, think on your feet
