Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure that all spaces are clean, set up and operating to meet the needs and expectations of clients - students, instructors, staff and guests
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service to customers using the facility to deliver a positive experience
- Coordinate maintenance and equipment replacement projects to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Provide training and instruction to other staff including casual employees in the usage of AV equipment
- Maintain service standards including prompt issues resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Participate in and coordinate continuous improvement activities relating to service practices, quality assurance and customer service excellence
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous facilities or venue support experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Experience in technical support of Audio Visual systems, Video Conferencing etc to support presentations, large and small meetings
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team and to exercise independence and judgement where required
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint
