About the role

Due to changes in the business and growth within the team, this organisation are looking for a customer service officer with strong administrative skills to work within their growing Customer Service team. This role will revolve around tracking orders and ensuring high levels of service and communiation are provided to customers. This is not a phone heavy role, but will need someone able to prioritise tasks and act quickly

Duties and responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Logging orders from a variety of customers
  • Liaising with internal sales staff
  • Ensure client details are accurately recorded into system
  • Assist with problems as they arise

Skills and experience

  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Experience with SAP or large ERP is essential
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
  • Experience within healthcare/medical device sector is but not required, but would be highly beneficial
