Travel and Expense Support officer

Your new role

You will be acting as a travel and expense specialist support for the Department of Education. SAP experience is required as well as high volume Callcentre/inbound Customer service experience. Your responsibility will be reviewing and responding to support queries from Customers across the education cluster relating to travel and expense processes. Your ability to use data and analyse reports to provides insight into enhancing business processes in a travel context will be paramount.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will have recognised call centre experience in a high volume modality. You will work well under pressure and have exceptional communication. Retail candidates with exceptional communication skills will still be considered and urged to apply. Previously successful candidates in this role have come from large Commercial businesses e.g. Woolworth's, Samsung, and have possessed autonomy and self efficency. Being able to work under pressure is a must.
