This is a highly rewarding and challenging role located in Baulkham Hills within the busy Dual Occupancy team. Manage the customer’s experience from deposit to ACC, by driving the job through the production processes, establishing and maintaining meaningful and relevant proactive communication, problem solving and acting as the conduit for information to pass between the customer and Metricon.

Reporting to the Workflow Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively manage customer expectations by communicating with current Metricon owners/occupiers to ensure they are thoroughly and consistently aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction process;
  • Respond to any issues a Metricon customer may raise by identifying and providing appropriate and timely resolutions;
  • Preparation of correspondence, signing of customer contracts, and arrangement of client specification appointments (Colours & Electrical);
  • Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation;
  • Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients;
  • Interact and liaise with internal Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Planning Coordinator, Contract Administration and Colour Consultants for effective and efficient project advancement; and
  • Interact and liaise with external Engineers, Town Planners, Assessing Officers and Private Certifiers for effective and efficient project advancement.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in customer support within a fast paced environment;
  • Experience within the building and construction industry is desirable;
  • The capacity to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines;
  • The ability to implement a professional and passionate approach, providing the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction to Metricon customers;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems; and
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
