ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced inbound consultant to join our contact centre, where we manage new and existing customers for our multi-franchise dealerships.

·         No Cold Calls

·         Respond to prospective car buyer enquiries – vehicle knowledge not essential

·         Organise appointments between the customer and salesperson

WE REQUIRE

·         A high level communicator with a positive attitude

·         Customer service focused individual possessing drive and passion to succeed

·         Reliable, with strong work ethic and time management capabilities

·         Ability to work autonomously and be a team player

·         Capable computer skills with min. typing speed of 35 wpm

WORKING DAY & HOURS

·         5 days per week

·         Work every 2nd Weekend OR Tuesday – Saturday OR Sunday – Thursday shift

·         Weekdays 10AM – 6PM

·         Weekends 8.45AM – 5PM
