A world-renowned leader in the Automotive Industry is recruiting for a dynamic Customer Service Officer who will be responsible for looking after escalated enquiries from the Customer Relations Team and update all Admin associated with a major ongoing project.
They will also being a back-up to the Customer Relations Team in answering in-bound and out-bound calls as required.
This a 3 month contract initially with the potential for extension for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer emails and inbound calls escalated by the CRT team
- Handling customer complaints and offering suitable solutions
- Accurate and efficient use of CRM system to capture customer information
- Responding to enquiries via email
- Data entry / Administration relating to ongoing project
- Acting as a back-up to the Customer Relations Team as required
The Successful candidate will have
- Previous experience with SAP
- Minimum 2 Years call centre experience
- Worked with CRM systems previously
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
