About the role

As a Client Services Officer within our APM Service Centre in South Melbourne, you will be the voice of the business to our new and existing clients.  

As a Client Services Officer in the APM Service Centre you will be responsible to;

  • Provide engagement through key avenues of communication via Social Media Channels, LiveChat, Email, and Phone
  • Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers, clients and other APM team members
  • Manage customer information across multiple core information systems
  • Ensure all required documentation is collated effectively
  • Lead by example in areas of professionalism, conduct and punctuality
  • Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively to meet business objectives

As Our ideal candidate you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in or strong interest in social media and webchat.
  • Energetic, loves helping others and are an upbeat problem solver. 
  • Previous experience in a fast paced working environment 
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm
  • Customer focussed with sales experience and attention to detail
  • Empathetic nature
