Now with offices in both Victoria and Queensland and further expansion plans underway we are looking for someone with experience in telephone sales and appointment setting as a key touch-point with our prospective and existing client base.

About You:

You core role will be to work as a key member of our Sales & Marketing team to contact and qualify prospective clients at different stages of our funnel that have come from a variety of different channels including call centre, digital and referral.  Often our client’s aren’t aware of the specific skills and strategies to achieve financial security fast, so your role will also be to educate and establish why we are the right partner for them.

You must be self-motivated, passionate about sales, persuasive and tenacious in your approach to converting inbound enquiries via web and phone-based activity.

  • Phone/web sales skills and proven track record in achieving targets
  • Have outstanding follow up skills & administration skills
  • Positive solution focused attitude matching a ‘customer comes first’ approach
  • Advanced internet, CRM (ideally Salesforce), Excel and Word experience
  • Have a strong interest in property, finance, investing, wealth creation
  • Meet monthly KPI's and sales budget
  • Self-motivated, friendly and professional
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills
  • Previous sales experience (within the financial or real estate sector) would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
