About the role
The Resolutions Specialist is responsible for resolving issues to enable customers to be correctly billed, placing customers on contracts and working through new details primarily in respect of legacy issues.
You will be responsible for;
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolution, acting as a primary interface between the customer and the organisation
- Service the customer account including: Sales contracting, vacations of premises, unknown consumers, change of ownership etc.
- Comply with compliance, process and procedures and contribute to their development and continual improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated similar Resolution and case management (not call centre) experience within in a large and complex organisation
- Understanding and interpretation of contractual relationships and obligations
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility and thrives on working in dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
