This role works closely with Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to ensure data is clean, captured correctly and SAP is being used efficiently in all areas of the business. It will be a fairly autonomous role however communication across all departments will ensure efficiencies are put in place to streamline their processes. This will include:

• Reporting to identify discrepancies in data and usage
• Assessment on where to remove data and avoid unnecessary entry
• Working with teams to ensure the right processes are followed to ensure system usage is correct and working optimally
• Ensure all areas of SAP are being linked correctly to reflect correct information
• Cross checking and testing to ensure effectiveness
• Cleansing of data to ensure information correct and up to date

Your focus will be on accuracy and your keen eye for detail will assist in ensuring data is correct and new processes are being adopted. You will need to be self driven and be able to assess the 'bigger picture' in assisting with this project to create better efficiencies.   

Previous experience working in a Customer Service area where your responsibilities have been to ensure systems are running effectively and efficiently and data is correct and clean.  

Your similar experience together with your knowledge of SAP (or similar) and intermediate Excel skills will be viewed favourably as will be your well honed communication skills.

 Parking is available onsite.  The role is working 5 days a week for 6 months. .
