As an information officer, you will assist customers in identifying their legal problems, explain their legal rights and responsibilities and provide the appropriate referral.
Your responsibilities
- Manage all incoming calls by identifying customer requirements
- Provide information by telephone about the legal process, guidelines and alternative services
- Participate in training, skills development by attending team conferences, call monitoring and on the job mentoring
- Assist in the ongoing improvement of information databases
- Provide and maintain a positive and professional image by delivering a quality service to customers by telephone
Your core capabilities
- Extensive experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Highly developed communication skills
- Sound literacy and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with all customers
Team members will work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, with each shift lasting 3-4 hours (8:50am to 1pm and 1pm to 4pm). Must be available to commit to x 3 weeks of full time training and be available to start immediately.
