Our client is a world leader in quality food equipment. They work alongside butchers, bakers, restaurants and retailers to give the right cost-effective food equipment solution to keep the businesses at peak performance. Due to a continual growth within the organisation they are is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Western Sydney team based near Blacktown on a 2 month Temp to Perm assignment.
The Role:
- Monitoring work in progress jobs
- Allocating jobs to technicians
- Answering technicians enquiries
- Checking paperwork
- Sending quotes to customers
- Ordering parts
- Checking eta of parts
- Answering customer enquiries
- Changing status of jobs
- Processing technicians timesheets
- All other duties instructed by management
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years in a customer service environment
- Strong understanding of service co-ordination and related activities
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritise and work autonomously
- Previous experience with CRM systems
- Understanding of inventory/warehouse management
- Ability to work in an environment that can be demanding
- An aptitude for technical solutions
