We are working in partnership with a prestigious and professional business based on the Central Coast who are keen to appoint a knowledgeable Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.

If you love talking to people and thrive on providing a high level of customer service over the phone this is the role for you!

You will be joining a small, established team to look after a diverse portfolio of customers, role requires a high level of calls, you must be well organised, have the ability to meet conflicting deadlines, prioritise workload and process admin in a timely manner.

Duties include:

  • Manage a portfolio of key customers - conduct inbound and outbound calls.
  • Support local campaigns, awards, membership renewals and provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the regional team and refer any customer sales leads.
  • Conduct customer surveys and feedback reviews.
  • Process admin related tasks - registrations, renewals, activity reports, data entry.
  • Update database and check existing information is correct.
  • Attend webinars and seminars to keep across relevant changes to legislation.

To be successful on application it is essential you have recent, proven Customer Service experience, solid verbal and written communication skills teamed with an excellent telephone manner and personable nature.
