Our Client is a successful Brookvale based company whose customers include top tier National and International companies and is currently in an exciting growth phase underpinned by an ambitious strategic plan.

The role 
Working within the Customer Solutions Team you will be responsible for ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction standards are continuously met. Your above average communication skills will be put to the test as you maintain and develop ongoing customer relationships.
 

Responsibilities 

  • Accurate order processing
  • Ongoing communication with customers keeping them well informed
  • Maintain accurate customer forecasts
  • CRM upkeep
  • Update pricing sheets
  • Provide pricing quotes
  • Assist in managing debtors
  • Liaison with warehouse personnel and transport service providers
  • Work closely with Sales regarding pricing, stock availability and order status

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills 
  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Solid planning and coordination skills
  • Above average administration skills and understating of financial systems

To be successful you must have a proven track record in working in a customer service environment coupled with good computer skills including Word/Excel. 

A background in transport and logistics is highly desirable as is a knowledge of import processes and regulations. 

For candidates looking to broaden their career options this position offers great exposure to other areas within the organisation and would suit a candidate who has 1- 3 years related experience. 

Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
