We are seeking two experienced Customer Care Officers to provide excellent customer service to our valued customer base. The successful applicants will enjoy a wide range of duties including processing customer orders both phone and electronic, sales and marketing support, customer liaising and active phone sales generation.

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate the ability to fulfil the Key Responsibilities of the Role which include:

• Providing quality customer service by representing the company in a positive and professional manner
• Receiving, handling and responding to inbound telephone calls and emails from customers
• Recommending alternative products as substitutes when a preferred product is unavailable
• Supporting the sales and marketing team with calls to customers in relation to promotional campaigns
• Proactive phone calls to customers to generate sales
• Handling customer complaints
• Meet KPIs and deadlines
• Maintaining effective and efficient work processes

The successful candidates will have:

• Experience in a dental environment (highly desirable)
• Basic product knowledge and knowledge of dental procedures (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner with exceptional listening skills
• Computer literacy with the Microsoft suite, including Excel (essential) 
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work individually as well as with a team
