Samsung Customer Service Plaza currently seeking to employ a Customer Service Officer for a fast-paced and busy environment.
This is an opportunity to join a high volume Samsung service centre that provides a state-based service solution for the consumer electronics industry.
You will be involved in maintaining a database of warranty claims and contributing to the effectiveness of the team ensuring high level of customer service are provided.
This role will involve:
- Providing outstanding customer service and professionalism at all times
- Data entry tasks inputting customer details and information into company internal CRM system
- Liaising with field technicians, internal and external stakeholders when require
- Managing all warranty data and information for Samsung customers
- Service calls booking conformation with all customers as required
Applicants must have:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great time-management skills
- Excellent presentation
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite (notably Excel)
