Our Company:

We're a 100% Australian-owned business process outsourcing company specialising in helping companies acquire, retain and grow their consumer and business customer bases. We have a dynamic team of over 3,000 people representing the country's largest brands working across eight call centres in Australia, and two call centres in the Philippines.

This role is a full-time positon based at our Brisbane office. You will be required to handle all inbound customer calls in relation to the National Broadband Network (NBN) and Telstra Products and Services.

About you:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with customer
  • Proven ability to personalise solution to customer needs
  • Confident in navigating through multiple systems at one time.
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to confidently overcome customer objections
  • Experience dealing with a diverse customer base and handling difficult conversations
  • Ability to work on a flexible 7 day rotating roster from 8am-9pm Monday to Sunday.
  • Willingness to travel to and from our office in Brisbane CBD.

Desirable:

  • 1-2 years sales experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from new or existing customers
  • Ensure every customer receives an outstanding customer experience.
  • Retain existing customers by presenting personalised solutions based on current and future needs
  • Find opportunity to sell NBN and Telstra products and services
  • Redirecting customers to the relevant departments
  • Convert customer enquiries into sales conversation
  • Transition customers onto the National Broadband Network (NBN)
  • Handle general enquiries around NBN
  • Assist customers with changes to existing services
  • Handle all customer enquiries to achieve a first point resolution
