Lux Everyday, which includes great brands such as Scoopon, Cudo, Deals, TreatMe, The Gourmet & Spreets – is one of Australia's biggest and most innovative eCommerce groups and we currently have a very exciting role available for a fresh and eager Vendor Account Manager to join our Sydney team.
The Vendor Account Manager will:
- Own the on-boarding of suppliers, including the set up and management of technology utilised throughout the campaign (i.e. vendor partner portals, scanners).
- Ensure Advertising Compliance on content prior to commencement date
- Manage deal escalation and communication to key departments of any issues/changes that require attention - and reviewing problem deals to prevent reoccurrence
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Management, Content Strategy, Product Coordinators, Sales, Customer Service & Finance teams
- Coordinate deal and supplier management throughout the campaign lifecycle, including (but not limited to):
- Supporting clients based on their requirements and needs - inclusive of email support, inbound phone queries and post flight calls
- Communication to Vendors on important updates/changes to their promotions
- Facilitate efficient and accurate information flow
- Ensure deals and suppliers are ready for upcoming events, promotions or site activity
What we are looking for:
- You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and be extremely passionate about customer service.
- Excellent time management and an ability to prioritise
- Ability to triage issues and concerns raised and provide timely solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Able to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and fast pasted environment.
