About the role:
This position is responsible for converting inbound and outbound requests for service from Employees within our Client base who are interested in novated leasing a vehicle. Each enquiry is to be handled as a sales opportunity that informs the Customer of the benefits of novated leasing and the service that LeasePlan can offer, providing follow up and end-to-end assistance.

What will your day look like?

Every day will be different and engaging. You will need to love:
  • Qualifying leads and engaging with potential customers to confidently provide them with the benefits of a novated lease
  • Follow up: Assisting customers from first enquiry to delivery of the vehicle
  • Relationship building and having great conversations
  • Working internally with our fantastic teams to keep customers up to speed and support their needs
  • Getting to know your products and then telling everyone about it!
  • Showing off your excellent customer service skills
  
What we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a relationship building rockstar, who really wants to help our customers find their best vehicle fit. You will need to have:
  • Drive, motivation and fantastic sales skills! 
  • Great communication skills, you'll be talking to a lot of people.
  • Tenacity - You'll be keen to prospect, follow up and negotiate with our prospective customers
  • Team Work - You'll be helping your team achieve their targets as well
  • Prior experience and understanding of the fundamentals of novated leasing and salary packing is essential
  • Willingness to step out of comfort zone and provide solutions for customers. Forward thinking helps here too!
  • Strong understanding of professional ethics and personal integrity
