Trivett is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and customer driven Concierge to join our sales team at Subaru Penrith. This role has the ultimate aim to strive and meet all our customers needs in a personalised and professional manner.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- First point of contact for all customer enquire into the showroom
- Responsible for the general management of the front desk
- Managing Inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Management of site customer data
- Assist with Sales Consultant Diary management
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Assisting management with Ad Hoc tasks
To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements
- Previous experience in a concierge/administration role
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded
- High level of organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and motivated nature
