Lux Everyday, which includes great brands such as Scoopon, Cudo, Deals, TreatMe, The Gourmet & Spreets – is one of Australia's biggest and most innovative eCommerce groups and we currently have a very exciting role available for a fresh and eager Customer Service Agent to join our Sydney team.

The Customer Service Team is the primary point of contact for customers across our brands. All enquires must therefore be acted upon with efficiency, professionalism and with a view to ensuring we keep our members happy.

The Customer Service Agent will:

  • Answer simultaneous and multiple customer enquiries promptly, competently and professionally
  • Offer excellent customer service by providing customers with general information relating to services, packages and pricing
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the Lux Everyday products, deals and pricing
  • Recommend workable solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer
  • Actively promote Lux Everyday products & deals with a view to retaining customers
  • Resolve customer complaints where applicable and within specified timeframes or refer to the correct department to ensure commitments are followed through to resolution
  • Ensure all customer contact is accurately recorded in the appropriate systems/ databases to assist with future contact or follow-up

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a Customer Service team in an email focussed environment (FMCG, e-Commerce or group-buying is highly desirable)
  • Experience working with systems such as; Salesforce programs (service cloud & DESK) & integrated telephone systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and be extremely passionate about customer service
  • Ability to build customer loyalty by providing a high degree of customer service
  • Ability to achieve targets in a high pressure environment
