The Transurban Head Office will be moving to a new state of the art commercial tower on Collins Street. To ensure our internal and external clients receive a professional and welcoming experience at our Head Office, we are introducing Guest Liaison Officers.  The primary purpose of the Guest Liaison role is to ensure a friendly and professional experience for all visitors to the client floor of 727 Collins Street. As the face of our business, your role will be to ensure that the client floor is presented at a high standard and is running smoothly at all times.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to continue building your corporate services experience within an ASX listed organisation. Working collaboratively within the Facilities team, you will be part of a future-focused team delivering operational excellence to the Victorian Office. The impact you’ll have:
  • As the face of Transurban, you’ll drive the guest experience for all internal and external visitors. You’ll also make your mark by ensuring the smooth running of the client floor and that people have a positive experience when visiting the Transurban Head Office
  • You’ll act as the first point of contact for meeting room coordination, wifi log in assistance, and meeting room resources
  • You’ll regularly undertake walk through inspections of the client floor and meeting rooms to maintain cleanliness, OHS, security and to identify any minor works required
  • You’ll ensure all visitors are logged / entered into the visitor management system, and are aware of the emergency procedures for the office
  • Safety is in your DNA – you’ll continuously alert risks, hazards and report all incidents and escalate as required
  • As a seasoned multi-tasker, you’ll juggling administrative tasks, answering phone enquiries and projects as they arise

The talents you’ll bring:
  • You’ll have experience in a corporate concierge, guest services or corporate reception role and be well informed on the busy day-to-day running of a corporate office. Some exposure to security/facilities/building or property management would also be ideal but not essential
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • A natural problem solver and people person, you’ll communicate well with vendors, colleagues and stakeholders – via email and on the phone
  • Juggling multiple priorities at once is your niche, you do this with ease and know how to ensure everyone has everything they need, and on time
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and be able to build fantastic relationships with internal and external stakeholders comes naturally to you
