About You

With a knack for building great relationships, you’ll thrive in fast paced environments and be no stranger to speaking positively to customers to drive a successful outcome. With this in hand, you’ll know inside and out what great customer service looks like, feels like and most importantly, sounds like. 

So what else are we looking for?

  • Previous inbound contact centre experience;
  • Exceptional communication abilities both verbal and written;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability and want to work without constant supervision;
  • High attention to detail and can pick up on customer cues.
