Our client is a global industry leader in the automotive space and one of world´s best known and respected brands. They take pride in quality, safety and customer care, as well as their focus on reducing their ecological footprint. Our client is now looking for a personable and customer focused professional to join their friendly and supportive team in North Ryde. This is a blended role of sales support, marketing and customer service, and would suit a bubbly and friendly professional, with some prior customer service or sales experience.
Description
As Customer Marketing Coordinator your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Following up on marketing campaigns by administering outbound calls to existing customers
- Conducting welcome calls and updating customer information
- Building rapport with new and existing customers over the phone, and providing information on products and campaigns
- Responding to phone & email inquiries and delivering friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Working closely with different teams and departments to resolve any customer issues
- Updating customer details and notes in the customer database
Profile
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- A bubbly and friendly personality
- A passion for customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive and professional phone manner
Job Offer
